Susan moved to Seattle at an early age to escape small-town living. She wanted more opportunities to live the life she imagined. With aspirations of modeling and working to pay for her education, she soon realized that was not her true heart's desire. 

Not long after, she was invited to work as an office manager. That invitation launched her into more opportunities for personal and professional development. Living the dream of working on the east side of Seattle, she worked full time as Sales and Marketing Director for a start-up company while attending City University.  

Despite loving what she was involved with and fulilling her dream of living the life of what she envisioned as a professional, Susan was ready for the next chapter of her life- raising a family. While managing her home was her number one priority she served her community by volunteering with many organizations affecting her children's growth. One of her most rewarding volunteer positions was being the visionary and co-leader of a professional Mom's Group. The purpose: Help moms be their best and connect them with business owners and community leaders. The idea was to form relationships within our community, educate on topics related to home ownership, raising children, and healthy communication.
 

As her children grew up she decided to step back into a professional role by accepting a position as the Member Services Manager at the local Chamber of Commerce.
 

Soon thereafter, she desired to engage in work that would satisfy a core purpose. This led to her interest in exploring life coaching. Susan followed her passion and attended the Co-Active Training Institute becoming a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She also attended the Positive Intelligence Coach and Business Development Track. Taking what she has learned through her training as well as life experiences, Susan is the best for your leadership development coaching needs. Life coaching is something God placed on Susan's heart and he continuously equips her in every aspect of business ownership and development. She is exceptional at helping others become exceptional leaders. She grounds herself by faith, is dedicated to family and friends, loves being outside and an avid boater. Soulful painting with watercolors is a time well spent for her along with creativity in crafting and cooking. Her enthusiasm about life is evident in both her personal and professional life.
